VR2C – Communication Kit

Overview

The VR2C cabled receiver supports both RS232 and RS485 serial communication systems.

RS232 VR2C Communication Package

RS232 can support serial communication with only one receiver and up to a maximum of 15 metres of cable.

• 5 metre cable with subconn on one end and flying leads on the opposite end
• Serial (RS232) to USB adapter with terminal block
• USB adapter drivers
• Strap wrench for opening the case
• VUE Software CD

RS485 VR2C Communication Package

RS485 can support mulitple receivers on a single cable up to 1200 metres

• 5 metre cable with subconn on one end and flying leads on the opposite end
• Serial (RS485) to USB adapter with terminal block
• USB adapter drivers
• Strap wrench for opening the case
• VUE Software CD
